2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Once verified, we will offer you a full refund, replacement, or store credit, based on your preference. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by EliteDiamondd.
